Effective Immediately – August 25, 2025

Dear Valued Customer and Business Partner,

We are writing to inform you about significant changes affecting U.S. shipments, distribution, and partnerships resulting from recent updates to U.S. Government trade policy.

Removal of “De Minimis” & Shipping Suspension

The U.S. Government has officially ended the “de minimis” exemption for imports under $800, effective August 29, 2025.

This policy change means all U.S.-bound shipments are now subject to full customs duties, potential USPS handling fees, and extended clearance delays.

Due to these changes, AINTEROL® has temporarily suspended all shipments to U.S. addresses until cost-effective, compliant solutions are implemented.

Orders outside the U.S. are not affected and continue as normal.

Immediate Termination of U.S. Seller & Representative Agreements

Effective immediately, all AINTEROL® U.S. Seller, Distributor, and Representative Agreements are terminated.

• Direct imports, dropshipping, reseller partnerships, and any U.S.-based fulfillment arrangements are no longer valid.
• Any existing stock previously imported into the U.S. remains under the responsibility of the importing entity.
• We will no longer authorize U.S.-based sales or partnerships until further notice.

Global Customers Not Affected

This change affects only the United States.
Customers and partners in all other countries can continue to place orders and receive AINTEROL® products without any disruptions.

Product Authenticity Protection

We are aware that counterfeit products may increase in the U.S. market. To protect our customers, all AINTEROL® products feature:

• QR codes for instant authenticity verification worldwide

We either confirm or deny such seller. We don’t endorse any form of sales of AINTEROL® products by unauthorized sellers in any country.

You may get outdated, wrongly stored or worse even copies of AINTEROL® goods. If seller insist they have authorization they need to provide you direct contact to top management or present their authorization certificate. You can always recheck authenticity of it direct by contacting us via contact form.
